What is your Refund Policy?
Cancellations
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp credit is transferable to any family member and may be used in the sport that you are initially registered in. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Cancellation Protection (see terms below).

Campers who leave camp during their session, will receive a pro-rated camp credit, valid through the following summer. Campers who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will receive a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer.

In the unlikely event MBSC/ USSC cancels your camp session, we will refund all camp tuition and registration fees.  MBSC/ USSC are not responsible for personal travel or other expenses associated with attending the camp. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said camp tuition and registration fees.

Cancellation Protection - "Our Peace of Mind Policy"
MBSC/ USSC offers our camp families Cancellation Protection for $35 per session, due at the time of registration. Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of your camp tuition fees paid to date (Please note: $35 Cancellation Protection and $15 Registration fee are non-refundable.) if you cancel for any reason before your final payment date (the first day of the month prior to the month your camp begins, i.e. final pay date of May 1st for any camp beginning in the month of June).

With Cancellation Protection, if you cancel after your final payment due date, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees

Privacy Policy:

MB Sports Camps (MBSC) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line, telephone or other services ("Services").  In this policy we explain how and why we collect your information, what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.

From time to time, we add or change functions, features or products to our Web Sites or add or change Services.  This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy.  As a result, please remember to refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly to review any amendments.

By using any of the sites within our web site network ("Web Sites") or our Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

What data do we collect and how do we use it?

MBSC collects and processes information about you in order to:

(i) identify you each time you visit a Web Site or wish to have a Service provided;
(ii) process orders or applications submitted by you;
(iii) improve our Services and Web Sites
(iv) Customise your experience, for example, provide advertisements that we think are relevant to you and which support any specific requests for information you may make through keyword searches;
(v) carry out research on the demographics, interests and behaviour of all of our customers; and
(vi) send you information we think you may find useful, including information about new MBSC products and services.

You may be asked, either when you register with us, or at other times, for information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number.  You may also be asked to share with us your interests, hobbies and preferences. In addition, when you order certain goods or services from our Web Sites, we will need to know your credit/payment card number and expiration date.

You are under no obligation to provide this information, but if you don't then we may not be able to provide you with certain services or personalise your experience and tailor our Services for you (for example, tell you about special offers on things you're interested in).
