Most of the job opportunities are part time summer work, however we have had many employees who have demonstrated superior work ethics and dedication and have therefore been working for us for 10 years or more!

Who are we looking for?
At MBSC we are looking for coaches, counselors, athletic trainers, along with other specific positions. Campers come to us from all over the world to work on a sport of their choice. They are trained intensively for five to six hours each day.
We offer the following sports: soccer, tennis, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, golf, and softball. After a full day of sports, counselors eat dinner with the campers and supervise them on campus or off depending on the evening activity. We look for staff who are patient, willing to work hard, and those who have a lot of energy!
