2010 Documents will be ready by April

Dear Parents,

If your child has already signed up for camp, then here are the PRE-Camp Instructions


Step #1:
  Complete the Additional Services Packet Online (link below).  This link is NOT an application.  It is for campers who have already signed up.  It is a mandatory step for all Sleepover and Extended Day Campers.  Regular Day Campers do NOT need to complete the Additional Services Forms.

Download and Print the Check-In Reminders and Medical Forms (link below):  All Campers: Sleepover, Day & Extended Day Campers must complete this step!




Step #3Bring Medical Forms with you to Camp.  "No Medical Forms = No PLAY"


Step #4Bring $100 to camp for the key deposit.  You can bring it as a check or cash.  It will be refunded at check-out if your child does not lose his/her key.  more details in Check-in Reminders and Medical Form above.

Additional Services Packet Reminders:
1) Once completed, if you chose to pay by check, you must mail it in right away to guarantee your spot.
2) Additional Services + Payments must be completed by June 20th!

Frequently Asked Question:
Q:  You state that the Additional Services forms are due by June 20th, but I signed up for camp after June 20th, what do I do?!
A:  We put a deadline to encourage campers to finish their Additional Services as soon as possible.  This is because optional evening activities can fill up. We still want you to complete the Additional Services Packet-->  but do not make a payment until we confirm if the evening activities, and other additional services you chose are still available. 

We will call you to arrange for payment of whatever services are still available. And of course, still print and complete the Check-In Reminders and Medical Forms.  Med forms are due at check-in, when you come to camp!

*Parent Reminder* Refund Checks from MBSportsCamps to the parents, that are not cashed within 90 days will be cancelled by the bank.

* If your child chooses to not attend the evening activity, we will be taking trips to the mall/outlet several nights a week for a cost of $5. There are also games and movies on campus for the campers to take part in.
